Velvet Underground Coaching is a Learning & Development firm for organisations that suspect another compulsory webinar called Communicating With Impact may not actually transform their workforce. We help people become better leaders, clearer communicators and more capable humans—without trapping them in a beige conference room with stale muffins and a 94-slide presentation. Our programs go beneath the polished corporate surface to explore what is really happening: the difficult conversations nobody is having, the meetings that should have been emails, and the mysterious reason everyone keeps saying “great point” before completely ignoring the point. We combine practical coaching, sharp facilitation and just enough discomfort to create genuine change. We work with emerging leaders, established executives and teams whose group chat is noticeably more honest than their meetings.
