User Terms
The short rules for everyone with a Paldar account, including practitioners and participants.
Version 1.0 · Last updated 20 October 2026
These User Terms apply to you if you have a Paldar account. You agree to them when you create an account, accept an invitation or tick the box to accept them. They are deliberately short. Words such as Customer, Participant, AI Features and Service have the meanings in our Definitions at https://www.paldar.com/legal/definitions.
1. Who we are
1.1 Paldar is provided by Hello Able Pty Ltd (ABN 16 687 795 651, ACN 687 795 651), trading as Paldar, of Level 3, 88 William Street, Perth, Western Australia 6000, Australia (Paldar, we, us).
1.2 Paldar is a platform that coaching practices, learning and development providers and organisations use to run programs. The organisation or practitioner that invited you is our Customer. The Customer decides what you can access and runs your program. Paldar provides the platform.
2. Your account
2.1 You must be 18 or over.
2.2 Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
2.3 Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@paldar.com if you think someone else has used it.
2.4 Your account is personal to you. Do not share it or let anyone else use it.
3. Your organisation and your program
3.1 The Customer controls its workspace: who can join, what you can see and do, and what others in the workspace can see about you. If you use Paldar for your work with a Customer, that Customer's agreement with us also applies.
3.2 If you take part in a program, the program itself, any coaching, training or other services, and how the Customer uses your information are the Customer's responsibility. Please take questions about your program to them.
3.3 A Customer can remove your access to its workspace. Your account continues, but you lose access to that workspace and its content.
4. Using Paldar properly
4.1 You must not:
- break the law, including privacy, spam, discrimination and intellectual property laws;
- upload or send anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory or sexually explicit, or anything that infringes someone else's rights;
- send spam or other unsolicited bulk messages;
- upload malware, try to get into accounts, data or systems you are not allowed to access, or disrupt the Service;
- scrape or copy the Service by automated means, or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows;
- try to get around safety features, usage limits or access controls, including those in the AI coach;
- use Paldar or its AI Features to build a competing product or to train an AI model; or
- pretend to be someone else.
4.2 We may remove content, or limit access, if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
5. Your content and ours
5.1 You keep ownership of what you write, upload or create in Paldar, subject to any agreement you have with the Customer.
5.2 You allow us to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run, secure and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and to share it with the Customer and others in the workspace as the workspace settings allow.
5.3 Only upload content you have the right to share. We may remove content that is unlawful or that infringes someone's rights, and we may end the access of anyone who repeatedly infringes.
5.4 Paldar, including its software, design and content, belongs to us and our licensors. You may use it only to use the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
6. The AI coach and other AI Features
6.1 Paldar includes AI Features, such as the AI coach. AI can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation, so use your own judgment.
6.2 The AI coach is a tool for learning and reflection. It is not professional, medical, psychological, mental health, legal or financial advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
6.3 If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact emergency services straight away (000 in Australia) or a crisis line such as Lifeline (13 11 14). Paldar is not an emergency service. If a message suggests you may be at risk, the AI coach will point you to help, and the Customer's owners and administrators may be alerted so they can follow up.
6.4 Practitioner Pulse. If you agree, your practitioners can see short AI generated themes from your AI coach conversations, never your messages. Pulse is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time in your privacy settings, which stops any new analysis.
6.5 We do not use your content to train AI models.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at https://www.paldar.com/legal/privacy explains how we handle your personal information. Information in a Customer's workspace is also handled for that Customer.
8. Access to the Service
8.1 We work to keep Paldar available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change.
8.2 We may suspend or end your access if you break these User Terms, if it is needed to protect you, others or the Service, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
8.3 You can stop using Paldar at any time and ask us to delete your account in Settings or by emailing privacy@paldar.com. Program records that belong to a Customer are managed by that Customer.
9. Our responsibility to you
9.1 If you are a consumer, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and similar laws where you live, that these User Terms do not exclude or limit.
9.2 Subject to those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a Customer's programs or services, by other people's content, or by third party services you choose to connect.
9.3 If you use Paldar for your work with a Customer, the Customer's agreement with us governs liability between us and that Customer.
10. Changes
We may update these User Terms. For material changes, we will tell you by email or in Paldar before they take effect, and you may be asked to accept the new version when you next sign in. If you do not agree, you can stop using Paldar and delete your account.
11. General
11.1 These User Terms are governed by the law of Western Australia. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live.
11.2 If any part of these User Terms cannot be enforced, the rest continues to apply.
11.3 Our Definitions and Privacy Policy form part of these User Terms. If you use Paldar for your work with a Customer and these User Terms conflict with that Customer's agreement with us, that agreement governs between us and the Customer.
